Privacy Policy
At ENTRU, we process your personal data only as far as necessary. This notice has been prepared under Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) to inform people who visit entru.co and get in touch with us.

What data we process and why
- When you contact us (contact form, email, WhatsApp, phone): your name, contact details and message, so that we can respond to your request and prepare a quote. Legal basis: it is directly related to entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest (KVKK Art. 5/2-c, 5/2-f).
- When you visit the site: traffic data such as your IP address and the date and time of access, to meet our obligations under Turkish Law No. 5651 and to keep the site secure. Legal basis: it is required by law and is our legal obligation (Art. 5/2-a, 5/2-ç).
- Cookies and similar technologies: to measure visits and show you relevant ads. Non-essential cookies run only with your explicit consent (Art. 5/1); see our Cookie Policy for details.
- Client reviews: public reviews left on our Google Business Profile are shown with the reviewer's name and photo. Legal basis: the data has been made public by the person concerned (Art. 5/2-d).
Who we share it with
We never sell your data. It is processed only by the business partners we work with (email, hosting, security, analytics and advertising services) and only for the purposes described in this notice; some of these partners may be located outside Türkiye. Upon request, it may be shared with authorized public institutions and courts.
How long we keep it
Traffic data and correspondence are kept for 2 years and then deleted. If a contract is concluded, correspondence is kept for as long as commercial and tax legislation requires.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, to request information about it, to learn the purpose of processing, to know who it has been shared with, to ask for it to be corrected if it is incomplete or inaccurate and to be deleted when the legal conditions are met, to object to a result against you arising from automated analysis, and to claim compensation if you suffer damage.
